What you will do

• Manage the QA team and subcontractor requirements while ensuring AS9100D compliance.
• Develop and maintain quality control objectives and production procedures to maximize reliability.
• Oversee the quality assurance plan, including internal/external audit scheduling and deficiency tracking.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and facilitate Corrective Action Plans for customer requests.
• Coordinate QA activities across all program sites to ensure consistent support.
• Train, motivate, and develop staff within the Quality Department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Information Management, or a related discipline.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
• Proven experience deploying Continuous Process Improvement frameworks (process mapping, cause/effect analysis, etc.).
• Strong project management skills and executive presence.
• Must be able to work onsite in a professional office environment in Tampa.

• ASQ CQM/OE or CQE certifications.
