What you will do

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of incoming and in-process parts for conformity to drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Conduct audits of assemblers, technicians, and special process operators to ensure adherence to written instructions and procedures.
• Provide technical assistance and training to production personnel on quality procedures and inspection techniques.
• Support analytical and statistical applications by assisting with control charting and identifying sources of variation.
• Certify workstations to ensure proper environments are maintained for product assembly and testing.
• Identify and report areas needing improvement and support the review of non-conforming procedures.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Niagara Falls, NY.
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• CMM experience is required.
• Must have authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Ability to pass a full physical exam, including bloodwork and Pulmonary Function testing.
• Ability to understand and apply verbal, written, and computer work instructions in English.

Nice to have

• Faro Arm experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
