What you will do

• Configure and deploy mesh radio networks and point-to-point wireless links.
• Integrate RF communication hardware onto unmanned maritime platforms.
• Perform RF testing including signal strength, latency, and link quality measurements.
• Assist with network planning, frequency coordination, and spectrum management.
• Install and align antennas, RF cabling, and communication infrastructure.
• Develop technical documentation including network diagrams and frequency plans.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR/EAR compliance).
• BS in Electrical, Computer, or Telecommunications Engineering.
• Understanding of RF propagation, antenna fundamentals, and wireless principles.
• Knowledge of Ethernet networking, TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
• Mechanical aptitude for hands-on hardware integration.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and navigate indoor/outdoor facilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with tactical mesh radio systems or software-defined radios (SDRs).
• Familiarity with LTE, 5G, or SATCOM technologies.
• Experience with RF test equipment like spectrum analyzers or vector network analyzers.
• Background in autonomous systems, robotics, or defense applications.
