What you will do

• Provide comprehensive technical and administrative support for Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems, including the Base Support Trunked Radio System (BSTRS).
• Monitor, track, and report system utilization data and coordinate with vendors to resolve warranty issues.
• Develop LMR communications management, testing, key management, maintenance, and disaster recovery plans.
• Serve as an SME to provide inputs for cost estimates, budget development, and the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Maintain and update a wide range of technical documentation, including "as-built" documents, drawings, and diagrams.
• Program radios and dispatch consoles for daily operations, exercises, and special events.

Requirements

• Must obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
• IAT-II certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in RF/LMR systems.
• Harris P25 certification of completion or training.
• Ability to provide spectrum and communications tower management.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite at Fort Belvoir, VA.

• GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC).
