Location: Must be based in or able to work from the New York, NY office (Hybrid: 3 days/week)

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 yearly

What you will do

• Support workforce planning and labor cost forecasting, including monthly pacing and annual budgeting.
• Consolidate and analyze financial data to provide insights into key drivers, risks, and budget variances.
• Own the monthly close process for Compensation & Benefits, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Partner with HR and business leadership to evaluate hiring plans and resource allocation.
• Maintain and enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives to improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, operational finance, or accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and scenario analysis.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Must be willing to work in the New York, NY office at least three days per week.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in media, streaming, or direct-to-consumer businesses.
• Familiarity with SAP, BW, BPC, or similar financial systems.
• Experience with Power Query.
