Salary: $240,000 - $280,000 + equity

What you will do

• Define and maintain system-level requirements across all current and future hardware devices.
• Lead discovery on sensing technologies (cameras, radar, thermal, BLE beacons, audio) and evaluate technical feasibility.
• Own hardware success criteria and milestones from PRD kick-off through EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass production.
• Build detailed cost models, including COGS and BOM, to inform trade-off decisions and target gross margins.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, embedded, software, AI, and implementation teams.
• Leverage AI tooling throughout the product discovery and post-launch iteration phases.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with deep ownership of hardware-enabled systems and embedded integration.
• Proven track record of launching profitable new SKUs and managing the full hardware development lifecycle.
• Strong technical foundation in perception and sensing technologies.
• Ability to produce clear technical PRDs and trade-off analyses for engineering and leadership.
• Must be based in the United States (consistent with US-specific benefits and hiring locations).

Nice to have

• Experience with safety-critical or regulated environments (FDA, FCC, UL).
• Experience in healthcare or senior living settings.
• Familiarity with AI/ML applied to on-device sensing data and perception pipelines.
