What you will do

• Manage administrative and analytical workflows for complex vendor deals and pricing strategies.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for existing clients to identify growth opportunities and service issues.
• Provide data-driven support for RFPs, bids, and vendor negotiations.
• Prepare, clean, and organize customer spend data and utilization reports.
• Identify gaps where customers are not maximizing program benefits or contracts.
• Coordinate multi-stakeholder projects and documentation to reduce the administrative burden on the CRO.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in customer success, sales operations, or data analysis.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in data organization, spend analysis, and reporting tools like Excel.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex workflows.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for liaising with leadership and clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to RFP/bid processes or B2B customer management.
• Experience working with spend data, vendor contracts, or procurement analytics.
