What you will do

• Hunt for and close net-new enterprise business opportunities in Brazil.
• Identify, onboard, and train regional distributors, MSPs, and integrators.
• Own and exceed sales targets for Net-New Annual Recurring Revenue.
• Deliver technical product demonstrations highlighting enterprise capabilities and AI integration.
• Build and execute a territory strategy targeting high-growth verticals like retail and logistics.
• Represent the company at local security trade shows and industry events.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in VMS, IP surveillance, or enterprise SaaS.
• Native-level Portuguese and highly proficient English for corporate collaboration.
• Strong existing relationships with system integrators and enterprise buyers in Brazil.
• Understanding of SaaS licensing mechanics and recurring billing structures.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Must be based in Brazil to manage the regional territory effectively.
