What you will do

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
• Own end-to-end accounts payable, expense reporting, and corporate card spend using the Ramp platform.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and detailed balance sheet reconciliations with clear supporting documentation.
• Design and implement AI-driven workflows and automation to eliminate manual and repeatable accounting tasks.
• Maintain audit-ready workpapers and support special projects like GAAP conversion and entity consolidation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Operations, and HR teams to ensure financial data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, month-end close, and audit processes.
• Experience with spend management platforms, specifically Ramp.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Proven track record of identifying and implementing workflow improvements through automation or AI.

Nice to have

• CPA certification and previous experience in Big 4 public accounting.
• Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or telehealth sectors.
• Proficiency with tools such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, ADP, Carta, or Brex.
