What you will do

• Manage multi-million-dollar monthly media budgets across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google.
• Drive user acquisition performance targeting specific ROAS, CPR, and first-time-deposit (FTD) metrics.
• Execute a structured A/B testing framework for audiences, creatives, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with in-house creative teams to brief and optimize high-performing assets.
• Ensure conversion tracking integrity using Meta Conversions API and server-side postbacks.
• Develop AI-driven automation workflows for campaign management and reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on performance marketing or user acquisition experience.
• Proven track record of personally scaling Meta Ads accounts with significant budgets.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts or brands concurrently.
• Strong analytical skills to translate cross-platform data into actionable recommendations.
• Expertise in desktop and web acquisition and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Professional communication skills for presenting results to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, sports betting, or sweepstakes verticals.
• Proficiency with mobile UA tools like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
• Experience in agency or client-facing roles.
• Additional depth in TikTok, Snapchat, or Google Ads.
