What you will do

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid acquisition campaigns for game studios.
• Set up and tune ad networks and user acquisition channels end to end.
• Design launch growth plans and onboard studio partners to audience growth products.
• Own email, CRM, lifecycle, retention, and re-engagement programs for players.
• Manage budgets, track performance, and reallocate spend using data.
• Create repeatable growth playbooks that scale across multiple studios.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience running and optimising performance and paid marketing campaigns.
• Practical experience setting up and managing ad networks or user acquisition channels.
• End-to-end experience across paid, lifecycle, email, retention, and launch marketing.
• Experience owning budgets and making data-led allocation and optimisation decisions.
• Fluency with martech tools and experience onboarding customers to growth products.
• Strong autonomy, ownership, communication, and stakeholder influence, with daily use of AI for copy, creative, reporting, and optimisation.

Nice to have

• Gaming industry or games user acquisition experience.
• Growth experience in adtech, e-commerce, or retail.
