What you will do
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid acquisition campaigns for game studios.
- Set up and tune advertising networks and user acquisition channels end to end.
- Design and execute launch growth plans for studio partners.
- Own email, CRM, lifecycle, retention, and player re-engagement programmes.
- Onboard studios onto Audience growth products and manage performance budgets.
- Build repeatable, data-driven growth playbooks that scale across multiple studios.
Requirements
- Hands-on performance and paid marketing experience with direct ownership of campaign results.
- Experience setting up and optimising ad networks or user acquisition channels.
- End-to-end experience across paid, lifecycle, email, CRM, and launch growth.
- Experience owning budgets and making data-led allocation and optimisation decisions.
- Fluency with martech tools and customer onboarding for growth products.
- Strong autonomy, ownership, communication, and stakeholder influence.
Nice to have
- Gaming industry or games user acquisition experience.
- Growth experience in adtech, e-commerce, or retail.
