What you will do

• Implement and monitor QA and compliance monitoring systems across US training centers.
• Execute site Quality/Compliance audits to verify adherence to FAA and other national aviation authority guidelines.
• Maintain detailed records of audits, non-conformances, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure organizational policies effectively mitigate quality and compliance risks.
• Identify opportunities for improvement (OFI) in training and business processes.
• Produce regular QA reports based on the Quality Manual and regulatory jurisdictions.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of quality assurance or compliance auditing experience in the aviation industry (e.g., pilot training or simulator centers).
• Basic knowledge of aviation regulation principles.
• Ability to interact professionally with management, customers, and regulators.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify).
• Availability for 30% travel.
