What you will do

• Manage regional airport compliance and guest service procedure training across a specified region of airports.
• Enforce regulatory training records and qualification management procedures.
• Conduct regular station visits and audits for both internal teams and business partners.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies such as the FAA, DOD, and IOSA.
• Act as an end user for the Qualification Training Management System (QTMS).
• Assist the Airport Training Manager with internal and external audits.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Airports or Airport Training.
• Direct working experience with Above and Below Wing operations.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Charleston, South Carolina.
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
• Flexibility to work outside standard business hours as required by operational needs.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Understanding and working knowledge of FAA regulations Part 121 N&O.
• 4-year or Master's degree in Business, Aviation, or a related field.
• Experience using an Electronic Record Keeping and Scheduling System.
