Location: Wilton, Connecticut, United States. Access to controlled technology under United States export regulations is required; candidates must be legally authorized to access it before starting work.

What you will do
- Coordinate engineering-related incident escalations from operations, user groups, and suppliers.
- Assess, prioritize, route, and track technical incidents through resolution, ensuring ownership and closure.
- Analyze recurring operational issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop standardized escalation workflows, handoff procedures, process maps, work instructions, and lessons-learned practices.
- Translate engineering requirements into operational standards and supplier guidance.
- Support supplier onboarding and performance improvement while monitoring operational trends and communicating risks, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in process, mechanical, industrial, facilities engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in facilities, utilities, manufacturing support, semiconductor, or critical infrastructure environments.
- Experience in process improvement, facilities or maintenance engineering, technical operations, or incident management.
- Experience with root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and operational procedure documentation.
- Knowledge of facilities operations, maintenance processes, utilities, asset management, escalation processes, and continuous improvement methods.
- Legal authorization to access United States-controlled technology is required before starting work.
Nice to have
- Experience with outsourced service providers, integrated facilities management suppliers, or technical contractors.
- Experience in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, cleanroom, critical facilities, or regulated environments.
