What you will do

• Support the Senior Powerplant Manager in overseeing engine and APU safety, reliability, and cost of ownership.
• Develop and maintain the Powerplant/APU Maintenance Plan and ensure configuration control.
• Coordinate and negotiate shop visit work scopes and manage engine removal programs.
• Monitor powerplant condition and manage the reliability program through data analysis.
• Collaborate with OEMs, repair shops, and internal departments to ensure compliance and troubleshooting support.
• Manage maintenance reserves, warranty claims, and end-of-lease conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
• Recognized Aircraft Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent industry experience.
• 3-5+ years of overall professional experience.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in AMOS software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
