Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Automotive)

Location: Érd, Hungary; hybrid setup with 60% home office possibility

What you will do

• Lead supplier process approvals, qualification activities, audits, and quality round tables.
• Drive supplier development and continuous quality improvement for purchased components.
• Analyze supplier quality indicators and implement corrective action plans.
• Manage internal and external interfaces, supplier complaints, escalations, and complaint verification.
• Support product quality requirements, design reviews, technical standards, component approvals, and special releases.
• Contribute to supplier sourcing, relocation decisions, PSP cases, and initial customer deliveries.

Requirements

• Completed technical education in mechanical or electrical engineering, automotive test systems, or plant engineering, with a focus on electrical engineering.
• At least three years of quality assurance experience in the automotive or plant engineering industry.
• Basic quality management knowledge or training, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-initiative, networking ability, strong communication, and a team-oriented working style.
• MS Office knowledge; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
• German at A2–B1 level and English at B2 level required; willingness to travel 20%.
