What you will do

• Lead supplier process approvals, qualification activities, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate supplier quality indicators and implement action plans based on audit and performance results.
• Manage internal and external interfaces with suppliers, including complaints, escalations, verification activities, and 8D corrective actions.
• Ensure continuous quality improvement of purchased components and establish feedback loops with product engineering.
• Support product quality requirements, design reviews, technical standards, component approvals, and special releases in manufacturing.
• Contribute to supplier sourcing, relocation decisions, PSP cases, and initial customer deliveries.

Requirements

• Completed technical education in mechanical or electrical engineering, automotive test systems, or plant engineering, with a focus on electrical engineering.
• At least three years of quality assurance experience in the automotive or plant industry.
• Basic quality management knowledge or training, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive working style.
• Good communication and networking skills, with a team-oriented approach.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
• English at B2 level and German at A2–B1 level are required.
