Technical Project Manager (Healthcare Integrations)

Location: Paris, France; primarily on-site in the Paris office

What you will do

• Lead integration projects with external partners and healthcare systems, ensuring scalable and high-quality implementations.
• Map external systems to the Tandem platform and propose concrete integration designs to partners.
• Coordinate engineering, partnerships, external stakeholders, the local France team, and the central Integrations team in Stockholm.
• Translate technical requirements into priorities, delivery plans, and clear stakeholder communication.
• Work with engineers on APIs, data models, authentication, and system architecture.
• Identify risks and dependencies, improve integration processes, and support sales with technical customer questions.

Requirements

• Experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role within SaaS, platform, or health-tech environments.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Technical fluency in APIs, authentication, integrations, data flows, and system design.
• Strong skills in managing multiple workstreams, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Product mindset with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear decisions and direction.
• Native-level French speaking ability is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in tech sales, enterprise sales, or enterprise software delivery.
• Experience with healthcare systems or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or other healthcare data standards.
• Experience with platform or API products, scripting, debugging, or light coding.
• Experience scaling integration processes or working with multiple external partners.
