TL;DR
Client Executive (Fintech): Managing and developing strategic client relationships for insurance programs with an accent on account retention, profitability, and stakeholder advisory. Focus on driving program implementation, conducting data-driven performance reviews, and collaborating with sales teams to secure new business opportunities.
Location: Must reside in the Pacific time zone and be able to work from the office in Texas (Hybrid).
Salary: $115,000β$130,000 + 15% bonus potential.

What you will do
- Manage a designated client portfolio to ensure service excellence and profitable growth.
- Serve as a strategic partner and primary point of contact for executive-level stakeholders.
- Conduct data-driven reviews of client and territory profitability to identify trends and recommend adjustments.
- Lead annual program reviews and present actionable insights to enhance performance.
- Facilitate the full onboarding and implementation process for new accounts.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and support new business pursuits.
Requirements
- Must reside in the Pacific time zone.
- US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship).
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship management or 3+ years in financial institution lending management.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including overnight and occasional weekend travel.
- Valid driverβs license with an insurable driving record.
Nice to have
- Understanding of credit union lending and collection processes.
- Familiarity with Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI) or Property & Casualty Insurance.
