What you will do

• Act as a strategic finance partner for Engineering, Product, Data, Marketing, and Customer Care functions.
• Own the annual planning and regular forecast cycles for global fixed costs and headcount.
• Manage the approval process for procurement, vendors, and headcount requisitions.
• Maintain data integrity for headcount and spend across systems and model financial risks.
• Modernize finance operations by replacing manual reporting with AI-driven automation and self-serve dashboards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance.
• Strong financial modeling skills, preferably with experience managing large budgets in tech or e-commerce.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with modern data tools like BigQuery, Python, or Apps Script.
• Hands-on experience with financial planning systems such as Workday Financial Planning or Hyperion/Essbase.
• Must be based in the UK, Poland, or Portugal.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience analyzing two-sided marketplace dynamics and multi-currency impacts.
• Knowledge of contingent staffing economics.
