What you will do

• Communicate transparently with candidates, recruiters, and internal hiring managers.
• Partner with stakeholders to streamline recruiting processes and support operational projects.
• Identify and suggest solutions for process enhancements within the recruiting engine.

Requirements

• Experience in fast-paced environments involving high-volume coordination or client support.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively under pressure.
