Salary: $160,000 – $190,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Define and execute the product roadmap for the aviation hardware portfolio, balancing customer priorities and technical constraints.
• Partner with Engineering and Test Pilots to drive end-to-end development across hardware, embedded software, and cloud interfaces.
• Translate customer feedback and FAA/FCC regulations into concrete hardware requirements and technical strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver customer-focused hardware solutions.
• Manage engineering backlogs, run sprint planning, and evaluate technical architecture tradeoffs.

Requirements

• Proven product management experience in complex technical environments where hardware, software, and operational systems intersect.
• Demonstrated success partnering with engineering teams on technical scoping, execution, and roadmap planning.
• Capability to integrate domain-specific regulatory constraints into product strategy.
• Strong customer instinct and market judgment.
• Must be based in the United States to align with regulatory and operational requirements.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with aviation, autonomous systems, robotics, drones, or similarly regulated hardware spaces.
