Salary: $137,040 - $171,300 USD

What you will do

• Engage directly with defense and government customers to understand warfighter and mission-critical edge compute requirements.
• Translate complex defense problems into specific, actionable product requirements and prioritize gaps across hardware, platform, monitoring, and ISV application layers.
• Own the federal product roadmap from requirements definition through development, QA, and launch.
• Partner with engineering to scope and deliver defense-grade solutions for security, reliability, and mission assurance.
• Serve as the primary product interface between defense customers, field teams, and engineering; support proposals, technical evaluations, and customer briefings as a federal subject matter expert.
• Drive secure edge-to-cloud capabilities for disconnected, intermittent, and denied environments, including zero-trust and classified/air-gapped deployment models.

Requirements

• U.S. security clearance at the Secret level required (active) and must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 6+ years with a Master’s, or 3+ years with a PhD) and 5+ years in product management for infrastructure/platform/cloud/defense-related compute products.
• Experience in the defense industry, especially compute used in warfighter or other mission-critical scenarios.
• Strong background in distributed systems, cloud platforms, edge computing, or infrastructure software.
• Strong understanding of mission environments, classified systems, and defense operational constraints; familiarity with secure system design and zero-trust principles.

Nice to have

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience with ISV application ecosystems in defense/government environments.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience delivering hardware-integrated or edge computing products for defense/industrial/public sector customers.
• Experience supporting ATO processes or RMF documentation; prior military/intelligence/government service experience.
