Eng EHS III (EHS)

Location: Beverly, Massachusetts, United States; onsite

Base salary: $86,906.80–$130,360.20 per year, plus eligibility for a team incentive bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise risk assessment programs across manufacturing, logistics, engineering, demonstration, and field service operations.
• Conduct hazard analyses and prioritize risk reduction based on severity, frequency, and exposure.
• Review manufacturing, maintenance, installation, and service documentation to identify hazards and define practical controls.
• Integrate hazard controls, safe work practices, PPE, and energy control requirements into procedures and digital work platforms.
• Provide technical leadership for LOTO, electrical safety, machine guarding, material handling, chemical safety, commissioning, contractor safety, and preventive maintenance safety.
• Develop EHS metrics, benchmark best practices, and lead strategic operational risk improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, occupational safety, environmental health and safety, industrial technology, or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial equipment, semiconductor, automation, machinery, or similarly complex technical environments.
• Experience with formal risk assessments, hazard analyses, safety program development, and implementation.
• Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics and understand mechanical systems, equipment build instructions, maintenance procedures, installation, and service processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and technical teams.
• Work is based onsite in Beverly, Massachusetts, United States.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer or Certified Safety Professional certification.
• Certified Machinery Safety Expert certification.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or capital equipment industries.
• Experience with JSA, FMEA, or similar risk methodologies.
