What you will do

• Own design vision and execution for growth-focused initiatives (signup flows, onboarding, engagement, rewards, customer journeys).
• Design high-quality interactive experiences for iOS, Android, and web platforms.
• Drive projects through the full design lifecycle: research, concepts, production, launch, and iteration.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to define strategy, prioritize opportunities, and deliver solutions aligned with growth objectives.
• Provide design direction, feedback, and mentorship to other designers while raising team quality and standards.
• Evaluate and improve design processes; expand and maintain the product design system for consistency and efficiency, using AI-powered tools and workflows.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading end-to-end product design for consumer-facing digital products, covering both UX and UI.
• Strong visual design skills balancing structured design systems with expressive, brand-focused experiences.
• Proven ability to lead complex design projects, prioritize effectively, and guide other designers.
• Experience designing and launching mobile and web applications or software products.
• Strong product thinking and ability to contribute to strategic discussions beyond visual execution.
• Based in the United States.
