What you will do

• Plan and execute various events across Europe, such as roundtables, webinars, and partner events.
• Develop comprehensive event plans, budgets, and timelines aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and sales organizations to coordinate events.
• Define event KPIs and conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage vendors and oversee on-site production, venue setup, and guest management.
• Support organic social media publications and database maintenance.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in event marketing.
• Must be based in the Netherlands.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with Content Management Platforms (CMP).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce or PowerBI.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and consulting.
