What you will do

• Execute social strategies across Instagram and TikTok to grow reach, engagement, and relevance
• Own organic content calendars, write copy in brand tone, and collaborate with content creators
• Nurture community through listening, responding, and proactive engagement
• Track KPIs, produce reports, and recommend optimizations
• Act as day-to-day social contact for stakeholders, interpret briefs, and present insights
• Integrate AI tools into social planning, ideation, and reporting; stay updated on trends

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in social media management, ideally in agency or in-house studio
• Hands-on experience managing Instagram and TikTok for consumer brands
• Strong understanding of social content formats, creator-led storytelling, and community behavior
• Experience collaborating with content creators, influencers, and agencies
• Confident stakeholder management, data-driven mindset, and strong organizational skills
• Curiosity for AI and new technologies in social marketing
