What you will do

• Plan and coordinate technical projects from initiation through delivery.
• Ensure service delivery success and customer satisfaction through effective project management.
• Manage project risks, issues, and progress to meet goals and quality standards.
• Develop and distribute project status reports to internal management and client teams.
• Coordinate activities among project team members, other internal departments, and clients or vendors.
• Assist in developing Statements of Work (SOWs) and customer presentations.

Requirements

• Strongly developed communication skills.
• Experience providing top-level customer service.
• Ability to stay organized and composed while managing multiple tasks.
• Must be eligible to work remotely from within the United States.
