What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day execution and transformation of back-office functions supporting Audit & Payments.
• Redesign high-volume workflows to reduce manual effort, rework, and customer friction.
• Develop operating metrics and review cadences to connect activity to business outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to implement AI and automation solutions.
• Manage distributed and offshore teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dallas, TX.
• 8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in high-volume, complex environments.
• Proven success in improving service levels, productivity, and expense scalability.
• Experience leading workflow redesign and performance management in transaction-processing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to drive operational value.
• Experience managing distributed or offshore labor models.
