What you will do

• Oversee all on-site activity, delegating tasks to installation crews, subcontractors, and union trades.
• Maintain strict quality control on the jobsite, monitoring all field operations and resolving discrepancies in standards.
• Coordinate closely with project managers and building contractors to ensure installations occur on time without interruptions.
• Supervise the physical installation of AV technology, including building and wiring custom panels from engineering drawings.
• Perform advanced fiber optic cable handling, installation, termination, and testing.
• Provide technical training and assistance to on-site installation technicians.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Kenilworth, NJ.
• 5+ years of experience as an installation technician or in a related industry.
• AVIXA CTS Certification is required.
• OSHA 30 Certificate is required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to use a personal vehicle for travel.
• Ability to read and understand functional design drawings and cable riser diagrams.

Nice to have

• AVIXA CTS-I Certification.
• NYC OSHA30 certification.
