Location: Must be based in Santa Clara County, CA and able to travel throughout the county and surrounding Bay Area.

Salary: $33 per hour (up to 25 hours per week).

What you will do

• Identify and cultivate relationships with community-based and faith-based organizations.
• Attend and manage onsite activations, health fairs, and enrollment events.
• Educate diverse populations on healthy eating and SNAP/CalFresh benefits.
• Screen attendees for program eligibility and schedule nutrition coaching appointments.
• Maintain comprehensive activity logs for events, referrals, and enrollment outcomes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create multilingual event materials.

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Must be based in Santa Clara County and able to travel throughout the region.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn CRM tools.
• Experience working with Medi-Cal populations or community health programs is preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive member information with confidentiality.
