Global Site Activation Manager, Sponsor Dedicated, Slovakia (Clinical Research)

Location: Homebased in Bratislava, Slovakia

Annual base pay: €41,600–€62,400

What you will do

• Lead strategic, operational, and financial delivery of global and multi-regional site activation activities.
• Manage study start-up from pre-award through site activation and lifecycle maintenance.
• Develop and execute Site Activation Management Plans aligned with study strategy and scope of work.
• Oversee site identification and selection, regulatory submissions, approvals, contracts, and essential documents.
• Assess regulatory landscapes, identify delivery risks, and propose practical solutions.
• Support business development, bid defense, client engagement, team mentoring, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• At least 7 years of clinical research experience, including 3 or more years in a leadership role.
• International project experience across multiple regions.
• Strong leadership, project management, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget while managing multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of clinical trial regulations, ICH-GCP, quality, and compliance requirements.
