Processes & Projects Specialist / Senior Specialist

What you will do

• Manage cross-functional processes, projects, and initiatives supporting go-to-market and client-facing teams.
• Own initiatives end-to-end, including planning, implementation, governance, documentation, communication, enablement, and continuous improvement.
• Align requirements, priorities, and responsibilities with leadership and stakeholders across Services, Product, Legal, Finance, sales, and other functions.
• Design scalable processes, methodologies, frameworks, tools, and ways of working to improve operational consistency.
• Analyze process performance and business data, track results, and provide insights for strategic decisions.
• Support change management, deliver enablement sessions, maintain playbooks, and mentor junior team members and newcomers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, process improvement, project management, or a similar cross-functional role.
• Experience managing multiple processes, projects, or initiatives from planning and implementation through governance, reporting, and improvement.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including data management, reporting, dashboards, and workflow configuration.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Experience designing or improving processes, frameworks, tools, or workflows and supporting change, training, or enablement.
• Fluent English is required for collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.
