Salary: $75,000 – $110,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Build and grow hirify.global's organic presence across key channels including Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop community-specific playbooks for posting, replying, and engagement.
• Cultivate and grow dedicated subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Design content and engagement strategies that scale using AI tools without losing authenticity.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to maintain cross-channel consistency.
• Measure success via sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in community management or organic social media.
• Background in fintech, insurtech, or other regulated consumer-facing categories.
• Ability to write in a native, authentic tone that resonates with Reddit and TikTok users.
• Strategic understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
• Must be a full-time salaried employee residing in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
