Senior Operations Specialist (Pharmaceuticals)

What you will do

• Lead the evaluation of business processes and workflows to identify automation and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement new business processes and operational plans to achieve operational excellence.
• Drive change management initiatives using communication frameworks to ensure adoption and sustainability of process changes.
• Develop and monitor key performance metrics and dashboards for monitoring operational performance.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to prioritize strategic initiatives and mitigate operational risks.
• Create detailed business process documentation and provide training to teams on new workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in change management, operations support, and process improvement.
• Proven experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology drug development.
• Must be based in Hungary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidance.

Nice to have

• Understanding of change management models (e.g., ADKAR) and use of change radars.
