Salary: $175,000–$195,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of congress planning, including strategy, logistics, and execution for medical affairs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to align congress activities with medical strategy and business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end logistics for medical booths, meeting spaces, and team events at global congresses.
• Oversee budget ownership, including SOW processing, PO creation, and invoice management.
• Manage Veeva MLR submissions for booth materials and content to ensure compliance.
• Drive medical affairs team operations, including meeting agendas, SharePoint management, and Alliance meeting coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required.
• 5+ years of experience in biotech or pharma within congress planning, operations, or strategy.
• Previous oncology experience is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Veeva systems and MLR processes is required.
• Ability to travel to headquarters and congresses (~25%) is required.
• Must be based in the US.
