What you will do

• Own end-to-end campaign strategy, development, coding, and execution across email, SMS, and push channels.
• Design and optimize multi-channel journeys in Braze using complex logic, API triggers, and personalization.
• Monitor platform health and troubleshoot CRM performance, including API integrations and deliverability issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define audience segments and improve data-driven targeting.
• Standardize operational workflows, documentation, and reporting to enhance campaign efficiency.
• Analyze campaign performance post-launch to iterate on content and targeting strategies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience developing email campaigns with HTML/CSS.
• Hands-on experience with a major ESP such as Braze, Customer.io, or Iterable.
• Strong data literacy with confidence in SQL and building reporting dashboards.
• Experience translating legal and compliance requirements into marketing practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on marketing operations and governance.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder requests in a clear, low-ego manner.
