Consultant / Senior Consultant - EAM / PLM TechnologyOne (Talent Pooling)

Location: Hybrid, with office locations in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Perth, or New Zealand; occasional business travel required.

What you will do

• Design, plan, implement, optimize, and support TechnologyOne EAM/Works and PLM solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into fit-for-purpose system configurations.
• Facilitate customer workshops, meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
• Deliver configuration, testing, UAT, go-live, and hypercare activities across project phases.
• Develop technical, functional, and process documentation and recommend improvements to business processes and system usage.
• Advise on integrations across PLM, Enterprise Budgeting, EAM, Financials, Supply Chain, procurement, contracts, ledgers, and workforce processes.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of consulting experience or equivalent end-user experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering TechnologyOne EAM/Works solutions with PLM exposure.
• Experience with business system design and implementation, including PLM BPA and Register configuration or customization.
• Understanding of project integrations, including budgets, commitments, forecasting, accounts payable, procurement, and workforce or timesheet processes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer training skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Relevant qualifications and/or industry experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with ETL for data migration, transformation, and integration support.
• Strong tScripts capability.
• Experience with reporting, analytics, and dashboarding in EAM/Works/PLM environments.
