What you will do

• Design, plan, and implement TechnologyOne EAM/Works and PLM solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
• Facilitate client workshops, meetings, and presentations to drive project success.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical, functional, and process documentation.
• Provide expert guidance on business process improvements and system usage.
• Support all project phases including configuration, testing, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.

Requirements

• Must be based in Australia or New Zealand to work from designated office locations.
• 3–4+ years of consulting or equivalent end-user experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering TechnologyOne EAM/Works solutions with PLM exposure.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to identify and deliver process improvements and practical solutions.
• Confidence in delivering customer training in both face-to-face and remote settings.

Nice to have

• Experience with ETL processes for data migration and integration.
• Proficiency in tScripts for system customization.
• Experience with reporting, analytics, and dashboarding within EAM/PLM environments.
