Manager Environment, Health & Safety (Gaming)

Salary: $110,000 – $130,000

What you will do

• Maintain EHS programs aligned with OSHA, Nevada OSHA, environmental regulations, and global standards.
• Manage regulatory reporting, documentation, inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
• Conduct hazard assessments and investigate incidents to implement risk-reduction initiatives.
• Oversee hazardous materials, waste management, and sustainability efforts.
• Develop and deliver safety training, emergency preparedness plans, and employee engagement programs.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, HR, and Facilities to integrate safety into business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or another regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of Nevada OSHA, federal OSHA, EPA, and NDEP requirements.
• Experience managing regulatory inspections, compliance programs, and root cause analysis.
• Proven leadership, communication, and data-analysis skills.

Nice to have

• CSP, CIH, or CHMM certifications.
• Multi-site or global EHS experience.
