Cloud Applications Developer (Observability)

What you will do

• Configure and maintain monitoring systems including Zabbix, Prometheus, Graylog, OBM, and NNMi.
• Define and maintain SLIs/SLOs and ensure high-quality alerting and routing to the NOC.
• Build dashboards and service health views to monitor platform reliability.
• Manage and upgrade observability components in Linux and Kubernetes (GKE/EKS) environments.
• Automate monitoring tasks using Python, Bash, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Provide Tier 3 support for production critical environments and participate in post-incident reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in system administration, hybrid applications, and monitoring.
• Proficiency in Linux administration and Kubernetes (Open source, GKE, or EKS).
• Strong skills with Zabbix, OBM, NNMi, Graylog, and Ansible.
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and GitLab.
• Understanding of SRE foundations (SLIs/SLOs, incident response) and ITIL concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenTelemetry, AIOps, or SMAX integrations.
• Knowledge of ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Grafana).
• Cloud monitoring experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with Kafka/AMQP pipelines or Go/Java programming.
