Systems Development Engineer (AWS)

What you will do

• Build a next-generation internal telephony platform for hirify.global.
• Architect, design, support, and enhance AWS-based telecommunications infrastructure.
• Develop self-healing capabilities for communications systems.
• Create self-service tools for managing personal telecommunications resources.
• Apply DevOps patterns and mature CI/CD processes to cloud-scale systems.
• Support junior engineers and help improve engineering standards.

Requirements

• Professional, non-internship experience in software development.
• Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals, including networking, storage, and operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with networking, storage systems, operating systems, and systems engineering.
• Experience designing or architecting systems for reliability and scaling.
• Programming experience in at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Ruby.

Nice to have

• Experience with PowerShell, Python, Ruby, or Java.
• Experience working in an Agile environment using Scrum.
