DevOps Engineer

Location: Dublin, Ireland; based in the Dublin office

What you will do

• Develop, deploy, and support systems for monitoring and managing network devices, servers, and applications.
• Modernize deployment processes and improve monitoring and alerting capabilities.
• Migrate manually managed infrastructure and services toward an automated, version-controlled infrastructure as code model.
• Support reliable and repeatable production operations while collaborating with global engineering and operational teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing, administering, and supporting Nagios or similar enterprise monitoring platforms.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes using Helm, with strong Ansible automation and configuration management skills.
• Scripting or software development experience, preferably with Python, plus Git-based development and deployment workflows.
• Linux systems administration experience in a medium-to-large enterprise environment, with strong troubleshooting and production support skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and other monitoring tools.
• Understanding of infrastructure as code principles and experience migrating manually managed infrastructure to automated systems.
