What you will do

• Develop and maintain sales enablement materials including decks, case studies, and coaching content to support growth.
• Manage end-to-end go-to-market planning and communications for product rollouts to ensure adoption and commercial impact.
• Act as an internal advocate for estate agents, integrating their feedback and insights into product and commercial strategies.
• Position Daft.ie as an industry leader through events, editorial contributions, and strategic partnerships.
• Champion the agent brand and lead the transformation of agent product pages for better clarity and value proposition.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within property, SaaS, marketplaces, or media.
• Strong background in sales enablement, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience managing complex communications and simplifying complex services into easy-to-consume formats.
• High level of organization and ability to own projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Ireland with full working rights.

Nice to have

• Experience working with estate agents or property professionals.
• Familiarity with the Irish property market.
• Knowledge of vendor-funded advertising models.
