What you will do

• Pilot e-commerce projects and platform rollouts across international markets, managing scope, timelines, and risks.
• Manage features and track progress within the SAFe delivery framework, including PI Planning.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery for web performance, platform security, and test automation.
• Manage external partners and system integrators, holding them accountable for quality and timelines.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to streamline delivery workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor teams to align priorities and unblock execution.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager or Technical Project Manager in complex technology environments.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
• Proven experience working within an Agile/SAFe delivery framework.
• Strong technical understanding to engage credibly with architects and engineers.
• Experience managing external partners and system integrators.
• Must be based in Ontario or Québec, Canada.

Nice to have

• Broader knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM).
• Experience in luxury retail, omnichannel, or e-commerce domains.
• Experience with international, multi-market rollouts.
• Proficiency with PM tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
• Interest in AI-assisted delivery practices.
