Billing & Payments Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Manage the full accounts payable process, including invoice collection, recording, and ensuring timely vendor payments.
• Monitor AP Ageing reports and manage the procurement taskboard to resolve all AP-related requests.
• Handle B2C billing requests, payment disputes, chargebacks, refunds, and cancellations via ticketing systems.
• Maintain and clean up billing system records to ensure accuracy of subscriptions and customer details.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Support teams to resolve billing queries and manage outstanding balances.
• Improve financial data flows and automate day-to-day finance workflows using AI tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable, invoicing, collections, and/or billing operations.
• Proficiency with Stripe, PayPal, Zendesk, Brex, and Notion.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work across different time zones.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience with payment dispute and chargeback processes.
• Fluency with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude for workflow automation.
