What you will do

• Own end-to-end architecture for SAP OTC processes, including Order Management, Pricing, Billing, and Returns, as well as Vistex solutions for rebates and chargebacks.
• Define scalable solutions aligned with the SAP S/4HANA roadmap and enterprise standards.
• Drive the design and optimization of core OTC processes aligned with healthcare distribution and 3PL operating models.
• Lead integrations across SAP ERP (ECC/S/4HANA), warehouse systems (SAP EWM), and EDI transactions.
• Oversee the design and delivery of RICEFW objects, ensuring custom developments follow architectural standards.
• Lead workshops, requirement discussions, and support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and go-live readiness.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in SAP OTC / SD.
• Strong expertise in ECC and S/4HANA solution design.
• Hands-on experience with Vistex, specifically rebates, chargebacks, and incentive programs.
• Experience with EDI (850, 856, 810, 861) and middleware like SAP CPI, PI, or PO.
• Must be based in or able to work from Richmond, VA.

Nice to have

• Experience with IBP integration.
• Exposure to analytics tools such as Snowflake or Power BI.
• Experience participating in large-scale SAP transformation programs.
