What you will do

• Oversee investigator payment reimbursement processes.
• Review, verify, and approve invoices in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Query invoice anomalies and escalate issues to the appropriate management.
• Track invoice statuses and individual workload metrics using Microsoft Excel.
• Generate standard and ad hoc reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a financial field.
• 1 to 5 years of practical experience processing invoices for clinical trial sites, CROs, pharmaceutical, or medical device companies.
• English: C1 proficiency (excellent verbal and written communication skills).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
