What you will do

• Own the planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for Pharma Operations and Human Resources functions.
• Deliver monthly performance analyses, variance reporting, and management presentations.
• Act as a strategic sparring partner for the Head of HR and Executive Director of Pharma Operations.
• Develop and support business cases for strategic investments and growth opportunities.
• Analyze financial performance and operational KPIs to identify value-creation opportunities.
• Modernize the FP&A function by leveraging AI-driven solutions and next-generation planning tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.
• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, Business Controlling, or Financial Analysis.
• Strong financial modelling skills and a data-driven analytical mindset.
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience with Power Query and Power Pivot.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for collaborating with international teams.
