Commercial Property Manager

Location: Hybrid working arrangement based in Detroit (Royal Oak), Michigan, United States

What you will do

• Manage all operational and financial aspects of an assigned commercial property portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
• Respond to tenant needs and fulfill lease obligations.
• Prepare annual budgets, tenant reconciliations, and CAM estimates.
• Manage service contracts, oversee tenant improvements, and complete property inspections.
• Coordinate operations and make recommendations for improving property performance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate.
• Valid real estate license required.
• Strong experience with CAM estimates and reconciliations.
• Experience with capital improvement projects and financial variance analysis.
• CPM or RPA designation.
• Experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar real estate software, plus advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Construction management experience.
• Experience with contract and leasing agreements.
• Experience managing staff.
