What you will do

• Design and lead an integrated workforce and talent transformation strategy aligned with business growth plans.
• Lead enterprise workforce planning, including demand forecasting and critical role identification.
• Evolve talent management frameworks, including performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Define the enterprise learning and development strategy, spanning leadership development and functional capability building.
• Partner with business leaders on organizational design, role clarity, and structural evolution.
• Own enterprise talent insights, analytics, and reporting to support executive decision-making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in workforce planning, talent management, or organizational development.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives.
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into workforce action.
• Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and leading change in complex organizations.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
