What you will do

• Oversee and train work experience staff in coordination with the fashion assistant.
• Manage sample trafficking, press calendars, and high organisational standards for the fashion cupboard.
• Assist stylists and production on Main Fashion and Cover shoots, including international travel and occasional weekends.
• Coordinate scheduling and ticket requests for major Fashion Weeks (NYFW, LFW, MFW, PFW) and Couture Fashion Week.
• Investigate missing or improperly returned items and liaise with facilities for cupboard supplies.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, GB to support onsite operations.
• Proficiency in Google Slides and Microsoft Word.
• High standard of organisational skills and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Broad knowledge of the fashion industry and a passion for the field.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
